1. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express. You can also use your debit cards and NetBanking. We do not offer Cash on Delivery yet.
2. What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Do I have to pay shipping charges?
Shipping is free within India for all orders above Rs. 1500/-
A small convenience charge of Rs. 60/- is applicable for orders below Rs. 499/- and Rs 100/- for orders below 1499/-.
For some products, we offer free shipping. Please refer Product Description for each of the products before placing the order.
2. By when will I receive the ordered products?
We process all orders within 48 hours and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Shunya Alternatives is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

3. Why have I received only a part of my order?
Based on availability of products in the inventory, we may send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try and fulfill the remaining order at the earliest.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
1. Can I cancel an order?
Orders once placed cannot be canceled as we start processing the order as soon as it is received. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of Shunya. Please contact us quickly if you want to cancel, or modify your order. Any changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
